
Lionel Meadows, M.D. is the Medical Director of Meadows Surgical Arts in Commerce, Georgia. He received dual Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Meadows continued his education at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta; receiving his Doctor of Medicine. He later completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga.
Dr. Meadows practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology in Toccoa, Georgia for more than ten years, specializing in minimally invasive surgeries and modern women's care procedures. During this time Dr. Meadows and his wife, Kathryn, founded Simply Skin Medical Spa and Cosmetic Surgery Center. Simply Skin quickly became a premier cosmetic practice in North East Georgia. Dr. Meadows trained with top surgeons in New York, Scottsdale and Los Angeles in cutting-edge cosmetic procedures such as SmartLipo, Thread-Lift and Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation. He quickly became recognized in North Georgia for his patient care and excellent cosmetic outcomes.
In 2009 Dr. Meadows was invited to join a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship with world-renowned plastic surgeon, "The Face Doctor" Dr. Jim English. This opportunity is a great honor and allows Dr. Meadows to achieve double board certification both in Gynecology and Cosmetic Surgery. With over 1000 cases performed in 2009, this fellowship broadens Dr. Meadow's expertise in body and facial cosmetic surgery.
